Discovery Attender is a program that can search your email and files for a given information.
It can investigate your Outlook PST files looking for a given keyword. It is also able to search into Exchange mailboxes, SharePoint, or into public or storage folders. This is very useful if your organization needs to search for an expression into all your company´s email or files.
Discovery Attender was developed to meet the requirements of the new amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedures. So, it is the ideal tool that you need to install if you have to submit electronically stored information answering a Court order, or if you are doing internal research in your organization. The program will allow you to create and modify acute search rules, in order to find the exact information you are looking for, and show the results in a convenient report.
The evaluation version of this program is fully functional, but it is limited to processing up to 5 mailboxes, 5 PST files and 1 network file path, for 15 days. It will just export up to 250 items from the search results.
